Unfortunately, we do not offer a refund for purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can contact us for an equal exchange if products come to you damaged.

One-Year Limited Warranty
Microneedling Device 1.0 & Microneedling Device 2.0

Thank you for purchasing the Microneedling Device 1.0 or Microneedling Device 2.0. We stand behind the quality and performance of our products. This One-Year Limited Warranty provides coverage for your device under normal usage conditions.
Warranty Coverage
Microessence, LLC (“Company”) warrants that the Microneedling Device 1.0 and Microneedling Device 2.0 (the “Product”) shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase by the original end-user purchaser (“Warranty Period”).
If, during the Warranty Period, the Product is found to be defective due to improper materials or workmanship, the Company will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective Product or component at no charge.

What This Warranty Covers

Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

Malfunctioning of the device under normal operating conditions.

Replacement of defective parts or the entire device, as deemed necessary by the Company.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper handling.

Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or alterations.

Damage resulting from improper maintenance or failure to follow operating instructions.

Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to, cosmetic damage.

Use of the device with incompatible accessories or power sources, including needles from other companies.

Damage caused by water exposure.

How to Obtain Warranty Service
If you experience an issue with your Product, please follow these steps:

Contact our Customer Support Team at hello@microessence.com with proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and relevant photos or videos if applicable.

If the issue is covered under warranty, you will receive instructions on how to return the defective Product.

Once received and inspected, we will either repair or replace the Product at our discretion.

Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Product. The Company’s liability is limited solely to the replacement or repair of the defective Product under this Warranty.

Additional Terms
This Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. This Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by jurisdiction.
