Our Refund Policy

Unfortunately, we do not offer a refund for purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can contact us for an equal exchange if products come to you damaged.

 

Exchanges

You are eligible for an exchange within 7 calendar days of you receiving your product.  Products must be sent back to Microessence in original packaging with all parts included at the cost of the purchaser. After the 7 day period you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive an exchange.  We encourage our customers to try the product (or service) in the first few days after their purchase to ensure it fits their needs. Promotions from Microessence are subject to change without notice. If your order includes a free promotional item(s) along with a backordered or pre-order item, and you cancel the backordered or pre-order item before the promotional item(s) are shipped, resulting in an order total below the promotional threshold, you will no longer qualify for the free promotional item(s). In such cases, both the cancelled item(s) and the promotional item(s) will be removed from your order, and you will not be charged. If the cancelled items were pre-paid, a full refund will be issued for those items. Samples displayed may not be available at checkout. Each customer is limited to one offer per person and one offer code per order. Offers are valid while supplies last and are available only to U.S. residents. The qualifying purchase amount excludes classes, gift cards, eGift cards, sales tax, shipping fees, items marked as ineligible, out-of-stock items, and purchases made before or after the promotional period. Specific exclusions include jumbo size products, travel size products, SOS Kits, seasonal and holiday gift sets, sale items labeled “last chance,” and products priced under $15. Discounts do not apply to gift sets or travel sizes. Additional exclusions may apply. All purchases are subject to bank authorization before processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped. Offers cannot be applied to previous orders. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized or ineligible use of the offer and to modify or cancel promotions due to system errors or unforeseen issues. We may substitute any free item with one of equal or greater value. Additional restrictions may apply.​
